Abstract

ABSTRACT          This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction and job stress honorary English teachers on English learning achievement of students at Junior High School in Lubuklinggau.The sample used in this study was 30 honorary teachers of English subject at Junior High School. 摘要本研究旨在探讨荣誉英语教师的工作满意度和工作压力对卢布克灵高市初中学生英语学习成绩的影响。本研究的样本为30名初中英语学科荣誉教师。根据研究结果可知,a = 11.785, b1 = 0.165, b2 = 0.231。由方程Y=a+b1X1+b2X2可知= 11.785 + 0.165X1 + 0.231X2。分析,一个是11.785,这意味着如果名誉的英语老师并没有把工作满意度和工作压力,学生的英语学习成绩11.785,这意味着如果老师增加1单位的工作满意度,就会增加学生的英语学习成绩由b1 = 0.165, 0.231 b2的意思,如果该机构做一个增加一个单位的工作压力,它将减少0.243,学生的学习成绩可以说,工作满意度和工作压力这两个变量对学生英语学习成绩的影响是同步的。关键词:工作满意度;英语教师;工作压力
