Review of voltage quality management in China and abroad

Abstract

State Grid Corporation of China has taken “international leading energy Internet enterprise with Chinese characteristics” as its new strategic goal, and one of the important aspects reflecting the comprehensive competitiveness of power grid enterprises is good power quality level. Among them, voltage quality is an important influence factor of power quality. This paper makes a comprehensive comparison of voltage quality management between China and foreign countries in terms of voltage deviation limit, monitoring point setting, monitoring system status, index calculation, and voltage quality supervision, analyzes the level of voltage quality management in China, and clarifies the improvement and development direction in the future.
