Abstract
Over the past five years, due to a number of circumstances (epidemiological situation, foreign policy situation), some organizations have undergone reorganization or even been liquidated. Some foreign companies closed branches and left the Russian market. For several thousand employees, this means losing their jobs and therefore their livelihoods.
