Abstract

Cognitive radio sensor networks (CRSNs) exploit the cognitive radio concept to allow wireless sensor networks to dynamically access the available channels. However, existing channel sensing techniques developed for cognitive radios are not applicable to the energy-constrained sensor nodes.
