Pre-tests of 2 groups of 30 athletes (leg extension leg curl, push-ups, sit-ups, (20 m) sprint, vertical jump and agility were taken at the end of 8 weeks before the exercises. Fully repeated measures ANOVA were used to make separate comparisons for the pre and post-measurements in the 8-week training sessions for the experimental and control training groups.Pre- and post-measurements of the groups were compared.; According to the analysis of the data, a significant difference was observed in the values of leg extension, leg curl, push-ups, sit-ups and vertical jump tests (p < 0.05).
