Abstract

The red palm weevil (RPW), Rhynchophorus ferrugineus Olivier (Coleoptera: Curculionidae) is an economically importance problem invasive tissue borer to date palm trees in Arabian countries mostly young trees less than20 years old, where the stem of the young palm was soft, juicy and easily penetrated..
