A statistically significant rise in the activity of these enzymes was demonstrated in granulocytes and lymphocytes and a low level of glycogen in lymphocytes. Abstract
Using cytoenzymatic methods the activity of acid and alkaline phosphatase, non-specific esterase and glycogen content in peripheral blood cells were analyzed.
