Based on Windows CE, the system software architecture is built up and device driver is implemented. The paper also gives some experiments related to the communication performance test. Abstract
A portable information terminal(PIT) is designed and implemented for building disaster rescuing application. Based on MIPS processor Au1200, the hardware architecture and peripheral extension is expounded in details.
