The new proposed visualization model for alignment sequence is designed to reveal the base sequence of alignment result, which is 3d random walk plot model, developed as Web-GL based Web system. Using this model, we can represent the contents of alignment sequence directly that it couldn't be displayed by previous visualization model, and identify diametrically different alignment sequences although their alignment score are much similar to each other.
