Using multiple mobile network nodes, a large disaster communication network is organized. A communication path between nodes has multiple links and the suitable links among them is selected based on the distance, power and transmission frequency. By multi-hopping those nodes, user can communicate with other user and send/receive disaster information even though some of information infrastructure are damaged. Abstract
