Vegetable oils (rapeseed, coconut, grapeseed and olive oil) were used as green solvent alternatives to conventional organic solvents for carotenoid extraction. Detection and analyses of chlorophylls and carotenoids was done with hexane/acetone, cyclohexane, ethanol as solvents. 南瓜副产品中生物活性物质的提取及其抗氧化活性测定
从南瓜(葫芦科)的农业、工业和食品加工中产生大量的副产品:树皮、果渣、种子仍然富含生物活性化合物,特别是类胡萝卜素和绿色色素(原叶绿素(a和b)和原叶绿素(a和b)),它们具有广泛的促进健康的作用,可以用作功能性食品和化妆品的成分。采用超临界CO2萃取法、正己烷索氏萃取法、乙醇萃取法提取南瓜干副产物中的生物活性成分。植物油(菜籽油、椰子油、葡萄籽油和橄榄油)作为绿色溶剂替代传统有机溶剂提取类胡萝卜素。以正己烷/丙酮、环己烷、乙醇为溶剂对叶绿素和类胡萝卜素进行检测分析。本研究的目的是利用南瓜副产物用不同的方法提取高价值的生物活性化合物,测定抗氧化剂的含量和特征——类胡萝卜素(ß-胡萝卜素、叶黄素、番茄红素、玉米黄质)和色素(叶绿素a、叶绿素b)在不同溶剂下的含量和特征,并找出可用于色素和类胡萝卜素检测的溶剂;测定南瓜副产品(去皮和去壳种子)提取物中生物活性化合物的抗自由基清除活性。
