More it concerns the space systems of a special purpose using IT and the software of the distributed information systems. Despite the reached results of researches in this area, the general scientific bases of analysis and synthesis of robust (steady) IT of the distributed remote control of MSE products didn’t gain now due development that affects the efficiency and quality of management of the existing group of spacecrafts, and also launch of new products by means of accelerating blocks.
