The population of this study is only part of the data information that the average number of employees at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Pekanbaru about 153 people, the determination of the sample using the census technique method, namely the population was used as the research sample. Therefore, the sample used in this study were 42 respondents, drawn from the human resources, finance and accounting sections and the procurement and IT departments. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis in this study is descriptive analysis and simple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 25 application tools. The results show that partially human resource development variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Pekanbaru, and the results shown in simple linear regression show that the human resource development variable has a positive influence on employee performance at PT. 本研究的目的是确定人力资源开发对员工绩效的影响。本研究的题目是“PT. Nusantara V北干巴鲁种植园人力资源开发对员工绩效的影响”。本研究的人口只是部分数据信息,即PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Pekanbaru的平均雇员人数约为153人,样本的确定采用人口普查技术方法,即以人口作为研究样本。因此,本研究中使用的样本为42名受访者,分别来自人力资源、财务和会计部门以及采购和IT部门。本研究的数据收集技术采用问卷调查和访谈。本研究的数据分析采用描述性分析和简单线性回归分析,使用SPSS 25版应用工具。结果表明,部分人力资源开发变量对PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Pekanbaru种植园员工绩效有显著的正向影响,简单线性回归结果表明,人力资源开发变量对PT. Nusantara V Pekanbaru种植园员工绩效有正向影响。
