Abstract

In the last two decades, there has been an increase in allergic reactions caused by sensitization to fungi. This variant of hypersensitivity causes more severe allergic disease, frequent, prolonged exacerbations that are difficult to control. Therefore, the diagnosis of early stages of fungi allergy is important. The study demonstrates the use of a differentiated model in diagnosis of the allergic nature of a respiratory disease depending on the total serum Ig E level in patients with bronchial asthma and allergic rhinitis with fungi sensitization.
