Abstract
In 147 patients with severe craniocerebral injuries the functional state of the kidneys was examined. The incidence and peculiarities of renal function disorders were studied in such patients. A table is presented for the assessment of the degree of renal function disorders by the values of glomerular filtration and the level of nitrous products in blood.
