Supervision of academic proven to increase the yield or value of the quality of manufacture of the RPP in SDN Kubang Dimples Kulon this. Abstract

Teachers play an important role in the learning activities, hence it requires good planning by the teachers so that learning activities can take place effectively and optimally. 教师在学习活动中起着重要的作用,因此需要教师对学习活动进行良好的规划,才能使学习活动有效而优化地进行。但事实上,仍有许多教师未能制定出高质量的教案。因此,通过学术监督,努力提高教师制定学习实施计划的能力。本研究的目的是为了证明学术督导是否能够提高教师的教案制定能力。本研究采用行动研究学派(PTS)的研究方法,以11名教师为研究对象。经学术监督证明,能提高产量或质量值的RPP是在SDN库邦库隆制造的。周期2的RPP质量均值达到84,66,属于工作范畴。
