The data needed in this study are vehicle parking survey data, questionnaires, existing parking plans, and parking operational costs. To obtain primary data, direct observations were made in the field during mall operating hours. The observation process was carried out in a limited situation because it coincided with the Covid-19 pandemic. The results of the analysis show that the parking turnover rate is 2 vehicles/SRP/day for cars and motorcycles with a net income of Rp. 3,468,960,000, - and a motorbike of Rp. 1,460,000,000,- in a year. The value of the WTP rate based on the type of work is Rp. 6.955,-. In the 60o angle parking pattern, the car and motorcycle parking capacities are 650 SRP and 673 SRP.
