Abstract

Despite their promising and potential advantages over the classical planar arrays, conformal arrays used in millimeter wave seeker also present many new challenges, the most conspicuous of which is how to achieve pattern synthesis. In this paper, the pattern of millimeter wave seeker was optimized using GA. Simulation results are provided to demonstrate the effectiveness and behavior of the proposed method.
