In order to meet this purpose, performs an applied, descriptive and qualitative research, using as data collection technique an online questionnaire, with a standardized and sctructured structure, applied to the manager and scholarship holders of the Technical Office of the Pro-Rectory of Outreach (PROEX). The questionnaires were understood using the Bardin (2016) content analysis method. Abstract
