The research methods used include analytical methods (surveys of ongoing systems, observations on enterprise environments within the scope of the network, interviews with company staff and literature studies) and knowledge management system design methods, where knowledge management system is evaluated for performance and acceptability through method of technology acceptance model. The result of the research is the implementation of knowledge management system and the evaluation result using technology acceptance model method to measure the level of user acceptance. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to design and evaluate the application of knowledge management using knowledge management system application based on technology acceptance model method in Education Division of PT. Yasiga Sarana Utama so that the quality of acceptance knowledge management system by the user runs well, With the hope to facilitate the performance of employees so as to improve the quality of sharing knowledge corporate culture. 本研究的目的是利用基于技术接受模型方法的知识管理系统应用在PT.
