Therefore it is preferable to deploy the SARIMA model to proceed a forecasting of outpatient visits for medical institutions. Abstract

This paper delineates a case study analyzing and forecasting of the outpatient visits frequency of a hospital in Zhengzhou, China. 带季节指数的ARIMA与SARIMA预测门诊就诊效果的比较研究
本文以郑州市某医院为例,对其门诊就诊频率进行了分析与预测。本文通过对2015年全年的门诊数据进行评估,以“天”为时间尺度进行实验,在考虑“周”影响的情况下预测就诊人数。分别使用两种模型:带季节指数的自回归综合移动平均(ARIMA)模型和季节性自回归综合移动平均(SARIMA)模型。通过对比两种模型的拟合效果和预测效果的实证结果,可以看出SARIMA模型取得了满意的结果,表现出了最优的指标。因此,采用SARIMA模型对医疗机构的门诊人次进行预测是可取的。同时也为医疗机构的管理层提供工作和人员安排的理论依据和洞察,以便在突发疾病发生时及时合理地制定应急预案。
