Under this background, this paper analyzes the problems existing in hospital information management and the current situation of operation and maintenance of information technology, and discusses the mode construction of operation and maintenance platform based on big data artificial intelligence architecture. Abstract

In order to better meet the development needs of interconnection and further improve the core operation capability of hospitals, the research of operation and maintenance interactive system based on artificial intelligence and big data information system is proposed. In the process of building the hospital information operation and maintenance platform, there are still some problems such as insufficient support in technology and operation and maintenance resources. It is necessary to effectively optimize the operation and maintenance system with limited human resources to ensure the stable operation and development of the hospital information system. 为了更好地满足互联互通的发展需求,进一步提高医院核心运营能力,提出了基于人工智能和大数据信息系统的运维交互系统研究。在医院信息化运维平台建设过程中,还存在技术支持不足、运维资源支持不足等问题。在人力资源有限的情况下,必须对运维系统进行有效的优化,才能保证医院信息系统的稳定运行和发展。在此背景下,本文分析了医院信息化管理中存在的问题和信息技术运维现状,探讨了基于大数据人工智能架构的运维平台模式构建。在医院信息运维平台建设中,应以提高服务水平和满足患者需求为重点,不断增强系统平台的安全性、集成度和交互性,从而促进中国医改的可持续发展。
