Our results show that buyback risks do not influence the profit of the budget constrained retailer and the whole profit of supply chain finance, but exert an impact on the profit distribution between the commercial bank and the manufacturer. Furthermore, we provide numerical results to shed light on managerial insights as well. Abstract
Using numerical analysis method, we establish an improved model and to examine the optimal decisions of the supply chain finance with buyback risks.
