Abstract

Groundwater & Surface water resources are decreasing all over the world including Bangladesh. Water resource management can be done in various ways. Traditionally, water management can be done by operators. However, sometimes it could result over-irrigation, increased electricity bills, water waste, and the crop can be damaged.
