3. Message from the editors

Abstract

We are grateful to have a great collection of scientific papers that truly represent the advances and cutting edge research in the next generation of the internet: the Digital Ecosystems. These papers were selected according to the IEEE review standard. Each paper was subject to review by 3-5 reviewers from the International program committee members. We have 5 technical tracks and 3 workshops with high interest topics. conference will last 4 days and provide abundant activities including poster sections every day and an interesting social program. We would like to thank the authors whose technical contributions are presented in this proceeding. It is because of their excellent contributions and hard work that we have been able to compile these proceedings. We would like to thank our entire panel of keynote and invited speakers, who took great effort to synthesise the materials and give well prepared talks. We would like to thank all Track Chairs for their gracious effort in reviewing all the papers in their track as well as coordinating other volunteers to review the papers.
