The population used in this study were young entrepreneurs at the Faculty of Economics, Unesa, amounting to 400 students. Sampling using purposive sampling by determining the number of samples using the Slovin formula with a total of 200 respondents. The instruments used in early research are questionnaires and questionnaires. The technique used is the analysis of reliability test, validity test, classical assumption test, and multiple regression test.
