Making the modification tool using PLC as the main controller throughout the series. The tool mechanical motion using DC motors and AC motors as well as the use of two sensors limit switch as the controller limits the motor movement. Based on the results obtained temperature measurement error with the largest value of 4.44% in paraffin heater tube 1 and the biggest error of 4.0% in paraffin heater tube 2. 基于组织处理器的PLC(可编程逻辑控制器)
组织处理机组织处理机由脱水、清理和石蜡渗透几个阶段组成。相脱水,通过浸泡在酒精中去除组织中的水分。清除阶段是利用液体二甲苯将网络中的酒精含量抽出的过程。石蜡浸润阶段是液体石蜡组织填充空腔的阶段。本课题的研究目的是将以前已经损坏的设备改造成使用PLC基本控制的有用设备。这种修改工具制作采用“一组后测设计”,通过不先测量处理后仪器的初始状态,直接测量处理后的结果而不与对照组进行比较。整个系列采用PLC作为主控制器制作修改工具。该工具的机械运动采用直流电机和交流电机以及使用两个传感器限位开关作为限制电机运动的控制器。结果表明,石蜡加热管1的测温误差最大,为4.44%,石蜡加热管2的测温误差最大,为4.0%。而每一根管子的测量时间得到的最小误差在管子上对一的误差为0.03%,最大误差在管子上对四、五、六、八、十的测量误差为0.16%。
