Abstract
A simulation of the third order intermodulation distortion involving type 2f/sub 1/- f/sub 2/ and f/sub 1/+f/sub 2/-f/sub 3/ was performed using MathCad Professional 8 for an intensity modulated semiconductor laser, employed in the optical microcellular system.
