Abstract

: With the development of science and digital technology, digital transformation has become an emerging field of enterprise management theory and practice. Successful digital transformation enables enterprises to effectively cope with the changes and challenges of the digital era and obtain new development opportunities. However, the digital transformation process is complex, requiring the systematic support of other strategies and the joint participation and efforts of all employees and departments from top to bottom. The establishment of human resource management system supporting digital transformation is an important guarantee for the success of digital transformation.
