Abstract

This study presents some results and analysis from the exploitation of a grid-connected PV installation with battery storage, operated in a residential building. The installation is made of a 4810 Wp photovoltaic system, an inverter and a 12 kWh Li-Ion battery storage. Furthermore, a battery management system (BMS) is used to provide passive balancing of the cells, as well as for monitoring different energy parameters of the system.
