Abstract
Creativity of N.A. Nekrasov does not lose its relevance and significance for the reader of the 21st century. The poet's attention to the book, his awareness of the possibility through the word to influence the thoughts and feelings of a person fully corresponds to the understanding of one of the key goals of the reading process in modern education.
