The algorithm took load state as a strengthen factor to adjust the resolution coefficient of GRA to achieve effective load balance in each network. The simulation results show that compared to MLB the algorithm it can balance the load of heterogeneous wireless effectively when guarantee the Qos, and decreased and balanced the block probability. Abstract
