Abstract
The stochastic algorithm for multi-time image alignment based on Tsallis mutual information is proposed. The algorithm assumes determining a set of fragments on the reference image, estimating the deformation parameters of these fragments using a local alignment model, filtering unreliable parameter estimates, finding the parameters of the global alignment model by deformations of fragments.
