Fabricated in a 130nm CMOS process, the transmitter employs binary phase shift keying (BPSK) modulation which is similar to the lowest bit rate transmission block of a Wi-Fi system. The transmitter is operating at a power supply of 1.2V and the peak power efficiency of power amplifier is 74.6%. Abstract
In this paper, a 2.4GHz transmitter has been designed and analyzed.
