Abstract

The disadvantages of existing methods of arc steelmaking furnace control based on the use of information in the time domain, using derivatives in the choice of algorithms are revealed. The coordination of frequency ranges of signals that characterize the electric mode of the furnace and the decision maker (operator) has been carried out. Relative, absolute and transferable coordinate systems are introduced, which allow simplifying the solution of the problem by means of wavelet analysis. The results of testing the solution of the problem in industrial conditions are given.
