Data were analysed using descriptive statistics. Research questions were answered using frequency counts and tables, while the hypotheses were tested using the Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient at a .05 level of significance. Findings revealed that job satisfaction is very important in determining citizenship behaviours at the selected institutions.
