Because the effectiveness evaluation model is constructed based on the system architecture, The proposed approach can ensure that the constructed effectiveness evaluation model including the index system and the calculation model has its source and is objective, distinguishing from experience or emotion. Abstract

基于系统架构的有效性评价模型的构建
