دور القيادة المدرسية في تنمية الإبداع لدى معلمي مدارس المرحلة الثانوية في حوره / بئر السبع من وجهة نظر المعلمين

Abstract

الملخص : في ظل التطورات العالمية التي طالت جميع المجالات المختلفة ومن بينها المجال التربوي التعليمي ، كان لابد أن يطال هذا التطور المدرسة بقيادتها ومدرسيها حتى أدواتها وأساليبها، وجميع ممتلكاتها، ليسهم ذلك في إعداد النشء إعدادا يتناسب ومتطلبات هذا العصر مع الحفاظ على الهوية الأصلية له، كما أن هذا الإعداد يتطلب اهتماما خاصا بالمبدعين من المعلمين والطلبة على اعتبار أنهم عدة المستقبل الزاهر لهذه الأمة. وتسعى المدرسة كمؤسسة تربوية اجتماعية إلى تحقيق النمو المتكامل لشخصية التلميذ معرفيا، ووجدانيا ومهاريا، وعليه فإن المدرسة تعلم التلميذ كيف يفكر، وكيف يكون باحثا عن المعلومات لا مستقبلا لها فحسب، ولذلك فإنه يجب ألا يقتصر دورها على تلقين المعلومات والمعارف، بل يجب أن تتجاوز ذلك إلى الاهتمام بتنمية الجوانب المختلفة في شخصية الفرد، ليصبح قادرا على التعلم والبحث والإبداع والابتكار، وهذا ما يجب أن تنميه القيادة المدرسية لدى المعلمين للوصول بهؤلاء المتعلمين إلى أعلى درجات الإبداع والابتكار في شتى المجالات. فالقيادة المدرسية التي تدير هذه المؤسسة لابد أن تكون قادرة على توفير البيئة التعليمية التي تشتمل على النشاطات التي تنمي حب الاستطلاع وتنمية الخيال، وتتصف بالغموض والتحدي، وترتبط بالمواقف غير المعتادة وغير المألوف-ة, تلك التي تدفع المعلم إلى الاستقصاء والبحث والتحري، بحيث يكون بعض أجزاء تلك النشاطات قابلة للتجريب الواقعي الذي يسمح للمعلم بالتفاعل في البيئة المحيطة به، وتنمية إبداعاته داخل المدرسة وخارجها، مما ينعكس ذلك إيجابا على تصرفات الطلبة وتفكيرهم وإبداعاتهم. Abstract : To achieve that target the questions that needed to be answered are 1- From the verdict of teachers to what degree does the current leadership practise its role in developing innovation of secondary school teachers 2- Does the practice of that role varies according to some variables such as: gender-years of service-qualification – and specialization. 3- From the teachers verdict how to develop innovation?. The two researcher used the analytical descriptive method which corresponds with this kind of study the sample was "303" which represents 11% of the total number which was : 3416". After analyzing the results by the statistical method (spss) the findings were: 1- "strengthening" the relationship among teachers" was the most important item and that indicated the role of the leadership in developing human relationship of the leadership in developing human relationship among teachers and encouraging them to work in one team sprit. 2- The second important item was the role of school leadership in encouraging and enriching the curriculum by activities and concepts and innovative facts , and that is related to the role of leadership in encouraging teachers in enriching curriculum with what enhance innovation in teachers which will enhance teachers to develop their abilities. 3- One of the findings of this study is that there are no significant differences between the role of school – leadership and the qualification of teachers- because the recommendations and directions of the leadership is the same for all teachers 4- There are no significant differences between the role of leadership in developing innovation and years of service because of the intensive educational courses of the young teachers Recommendations 1- Recreation trips have to be organized for the teachers to develop the talent of innovation. 2- Teachers have to be encouraged by school leadership to take part in courses and conferences which develop innovation. 3- Teachers should by trained to use strategies that develop innovation such as: problem solving, discovery, brain storming , investigation and solo learning
