The impact of social media sites on family upbringing from the point of view of mothers working in the health sector in al-Karak Covernorate

Abstract

This study aimed to identify the impact of social networking sites on family upbringing from the point of view of working mothers in the health sector in Karak Governorate. The study sample consisted of (150) mothers who were chosen randomly. And the family upbringing scale, and their validity and stability were confirmed, and the results concluded that the impact of social networking sites and family upbringing patterns came with a high average from the point of view of working mothers, and that there is a statistically significant correlation in the impact of social networking sites and patterns of positive upbringing, as well as the results showed that there is an impact For social networking sites on family upbringing, the effect of social networking sites explained (76.9%) of the total variance in family upbringing positive patterns, and also showed that there were no statistically significant differences for the impact of social media for family upbringing due to the variable number of children, while the results showed the presence of The effect of positive upbringing patterns in the age of a group less than (25 years) as the age of the mother, and the researcher recommends holding family training courses for parents Aim to educate them about the impact of social networking sites and their excessive use and how to take care of children in light of technology. هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف إلى تأثير مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي على التنشئة الأسرية من وجهة نظر الأمهات العاملات في القطاع الصحي في محافظة الكرك، وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من (150) أم تم اختيارهن عشوائيا، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تطوير مقياسين: مقياس تأثير مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، ومقياس التنشئة الأسرية، وتم التأكد من صدقهما وثباتهما، وتوصلت النتائج إلى أن تأثير مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي وأنماط التنشئة الأسرية جاء بمتوسط مرتفع من وجهة نظر الأمهات العاملات وان هنالك علاقة ارتباطيه دالة إحصائيا في تأثير مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي وأنماط التنشئة الايجابية، وكذلك أظهرت النتائج أن هنالك أثر لمواقع التواصل الاجتماعي في التنشئة الأسرية فقد فسر تأثير مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي ما نسبته (76.9%) من التباين الكلي في التنشئة الأسرية الأنماط الإيجابية، وأظهرت أيضا عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لأثر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي للتنشئة الأسرية تعزى لمتغير عدد الأطفال في حين أظهرت النتائج وجود أثر لأنماط التنشئة الايجابية في العمر لفئة اقل من (25سنة) كعمر للام، وتوصي الباحثة بعقد دورات تدريبية أسرية لأولياء الأمور تهدف إلى توعيتهم بتأثير مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي والاستخدام المفرط لها وكيفية رعاية الأبناء في ظل التكنولوجيا.
