Abstract
Purpose -In this study, it is aimed to examine the effect of supply chain integration on operational agility and mass customization capability. Methodology – In this study, the survey was conducted with 83 firms selected by convenience sampling method from among manufacturing firms in Turkey. To achieve aim of the research and test the hypotheses developed in this direction, partial least squares - structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM) was utilized. Findings – As a result of the research conducted on eighty three firms, this paper determined that only internal integration from three dimensions of supply chain integration is positively associated with operational agility and customer and supplier integration is positively associated with mass customization capability. Conclusions – According to research results, it can be said that some dimensions of supply chain integration will positively affect the development of operational agility and mass customization ability.
