It is a qualitative, descriptive and exploratory research using as methodological procedures the bibliographic research on Information Management, Knowledge Management, Organizational Culture, Information Literacy and Organizational Memory, generating as a result the elaboration of a theoretical-conceptual framework with the strategic contribution of the themes addressed to the creation and consolidation of Organizational Memory in the business environment. This research presents reflections and questions about the importance of Information Management, Knowledge Management, Organizational Culture and Information Literacy in relation to the competent creation and use of Organizational Memory.
