Validity o f the questionnaires was verified using content validity and reliability through Cronbach's alpha. Descriptive statistics (mean) and inferential statistics (Pearson correlation test & multiple regressions) were used to analyze the data. The results showed that, with increasing self-efficacy, the quality of work life and creativity increased. 2. Self-efficacy is able to predict the variables of creativity. Abstract
