Abstract

Recommender Systems are popular in domains such as Entertainment, Ecommerce, Social, Job however there are many new domains where it can play a useful role. In this Paper, Application of Recommender system is proposed in Standardization area to recommend set of Consortiums to Technology Organizations for membership.
