Abstract

We demonstrate imaging of deep layers of mouse brain using three-photon fluorescence adaptive-optics based on 1300-nm femtosecond pulses and MEMS spatial-light-modulator. We show significant signal and resolution improvement for neurons imaged both in the cortex and in the hippocampus.
