Abstract
A biological system has a huge internal degree of freedom originating from the variety of its function. Proteins of which a biological system is composed have a huge number of conformational substates microscopically and show complex dynamics. Elucidation of the microscopic dynamics and the internal degree of freedom in biological systems is thought to be a key to the elucidation of the physiological activity and life.
