Abstract

The characteristics of measuring converters with frequency output signal based on oscillistor effect in n-type germanium are described. We define the bounds of the linearity of static conversion characteristic. It has been found that the converters sensitivity increases at the temperature decrease. Methods of expanding of the conversion range are described. The results of the experimental studies of voltage and magnetic induction measuring converters at room and cryogenic temperature are presented in the paper.
