According to the software and hardware technical indicators of the national information system network security classified protection secondary standard requirements, the related software and hardware devices are designed and deployed. 中国气象局气象观测中心(以下简称“MOC”)是中国气象局的直属机构,成立于2002年11月。商务部制定了许多制度来履行国家层面的职责。这样的系统不可避免地会带来信息和网络安全问题。近年来,中国政府颁布了一系列网络安全法律法规,规定机关事业单位开发的系统必须开展信息系统网络安全分类保护和分级工作,必须采取措施规避风险,符合国家信息系统网络安全分类保护(GB 17859-1999)的要求。为确保大量通用技术防护设备和策略与已开发或需要建设的系统相匹配,商务部设计构建了网络安全分类防护体系,旨在建立通用的安全平台架构,合理划分安全域,精确配置防护设备。根据国家信息系统网络安全分类保护二级标准要求的软硬件技术指标,设计并部署了相关软硬件设备。铁道部网络安全分类保护系统建设充分考虑了系统的重复建设问题、系统的持续线性扩展问题和策略级保护的敏感数据问题。
