Abstract

. The development of the world of health requires hospitals to be managed professionally. This requires good employee performance. This study aims to determine the effect of Management Knowledget, Quality Of Work Life Commitment, satisfaction, performance , Respondents amounted to 250 people, who are employees of RSU SIAGA MEDIKA PEMALANG.
