Abstract

The analysis of parameters is given for submillimeter wave vacuum sources that generate electromagnetic radiation in the band of 2000-3000 GHz with a frequency change. It is shown that free electron lasers-diffraction radiation tubes-provide electromagnetic radiation generation in the above range with an output signal power suitable for practical purposes.
