Abstract

The number of air traffic is increasing around 6,4% per year according to data from the International Civil Aviation organization, which affects the workload of the Air Traffic Controllers. The competence of the controller and the work environment are key factors in increasing the safety level of airspace control. Air Traffic Control training will impact the quality of air traffic control. This research aims to measure and analyze how the implementation of Information Communication and Technology and the Learning Model has an effect on ATC Surveillance Training using the PLS-SEM tool.
